Nice clean and quiet hotel staff are all very friendly Location is good a lots of bars and restaurants just outside or couple minutes walk Room is ok coud be bigger but has all it needs satellite tv with enough English channels comfortable bed and balcony and air-conditioning

Breakfast was good and fresh room was ok and clean and shower was good TV had only one English channel that was news it quiet but for me its a Bed and breakfast not a hotel also I payed £267 pound for 4 nights what I thought was expensive but Turkey prices have gone up

Nice property, great staff, good location

Very nice service and attention from all the reception staff. The property is located in what we thought was a nice place, near many restaurants by the hill, and the waterfall of Caglayan. We stayed in a standard room and it was simple and comfortable, with AC, exactly what we were looking for as we planned to spend little time in it and enjoy more the outside. Local style breakfast was enjoyable. We had a small miscommunication when booking the transfer from airport to hotel as per booking, but the reception staff was helpful in advising the best solution.

Thank goodness we booked for only 2 days because the room was nasty. There was feet print on the wall and the bed smelt horrible. We asked the receptionist for help At night but he said to come back in morning when his manager is there. The staff is friendly but despite that, the hotel room is not clean at all.

No matter whether the price is good or bad... it should always be clean. There were whiskers and hair in the bathroom. The toothbrush tumbler was dirty. Everything was very dusty. You felt as if you were going into a public toilet in the bathroom. The room was very small. There is no place to put the suitcase and open it - only the bed. We will not come again. We booked the honeymoon suite. We mostly dealt with Necdet, who was very professional and attentive. Other receptionists were great too. The room is indeed quite special, as you have unlimited access to your own jacuzzi and sauna - truly worth it for a honeymoon. Some things needed minor repairs (like a loose shower head holder) - but everything worked. Bathroom is kind of small. That's really all the bad things I can say about the room, everything else was fabulous. Now on to the breakfast - it's the same everyday, but I must say that these tomatoes were exceptional, tasted like freshly picked from a family farm. The pool was area was mostly empty. We also used the bikes at some point, they let us borrow them for 4h no problem.

Disappointed with the size of the pool and the delux suite had ripped and missing curtains on rhe balcony. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly as bits were missing. Tv in delux bedroom no channels.. Sink in bathroom leaked over floor which made me slip over and now my toe is very painful and bruised I informed of the tv problem and ended up waiting 3 days for german channels. We checked out early Our stay was for a week but we checked out after 3 days as not worth the price

The condition of facilities in the room was poor. Bits missing from the jacuzzi, toilet roll holder fell off the wall, shower door hard to shut. Blinds in outdoor area bang against wall in wind (roll them up if windy). No sidelights in main room. Couldn't get onto Netflix sign in. No option for do not disturb on the entrance door. No basic info about kitchen times etc in room. Only one bin (in bathroom). No milk option for tea. View is of run down garden one side and rubble the other.

Personel çok nazikti. Oda güzeldi ama bazı eşyalar çok eskimiş. Özellikle jakuzi hayal kırıklığı. Çok eskimiş ve jakuzinin etrafını kapatan jaluziler sabit olmadığı için rüzgardan sürekli ses yapıyor. Onun sabit olması gerekiyor .
