Hotels com Rezervasyonu sonrası Hotel ile iletişime geçmemize rağmen ve gece yarısı checkin teyidi almama rağmen vardığımızda birsürü gereksiz sorun ve rezervasyonumun iptal edildiği söylemi sonrası 2. Çiye ücret talebi. Neyseki belgeler ve makbuzu verdikten sonra 45 dakika sonrası odalara çıkabildik. Odanın birinde çarşaflarda yastıklarda erkek kılları ile uykusuz bir gece. Kahvaltı iyiydi ama daha iyi bir ortam ve profesyonellik bekliyordum açıkçası yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yapmıştım

Ein sehr schönes, anständiges Hotel mit gutem Service. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ein Spa hat. Allerdings war dieses auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen, was ziemlich schlecht war! Zumindest die Website sollte dies als eine Warnung angezeigt haben.

Es war ein super Urlaub! Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage, um auch zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen. Super Aussicht, direkt am Fluss. Gute und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel! Von der Sauberkeit bin ich positiv überrascht. Jeden Tag aufs Neue blitzblank sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer hat man einen Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Ausstattung und Möbel im guten Zustand. Nur eine Nachtlampe war defekt, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war etwas Mager, hat zwar gereicht aber ich hätte mir mehr gewünscht. Vielleicht gibt es in Hochsaison mehr, das weiß ich nicht. Was mir gut gefallen hat, war die Atmosphäre im Haus. Unten in der Lounge kann man jederzeit sich hinsetzen was trinken ohne, dass es unangenehm wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sie kümmern sich wirklich super um die Gäste. Ich bin alleine gereist und man fühlt sich super wohl im Hotel. Vorallem kam Frau Peri mit ihrer offenen und freundlichen Art bei allen Gästen gut an. Es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Ich werde definitiv nochmal kommen 🥰♥️

3 star hotel with ant in the room

There were ants everywhere in the room. When I got up I could see death ants in the bed. It was awful. The air conditioner is working but it is so big in a small room that one would not turn it on in order to not be sick the day after, but then it is too hot to sleep. I will not recommend to stay there for more than one night.

Staff were quite nice. The hotel was quite nicely designed but felt like the owners neglected it somewhat. Rooms had missing light fittings. There was no sensor lights for staircase at night? The rooms were nice however. The food was not very good. No real breakfast. This was during Covid, but if the hotel is advertised to be open they really should put more care into the food aspect. Rooms smell like smoke :( Some more than others. Good open parking lot. All in all glad we stayed at this hotel. The area surrounding was very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful water channel and nice walking path.

Расположение очень удачное - на благоустроенной набережной реки Манавгат, вблизи к основных городских достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, но в отделке наряду с натуральным камнем применялись дешёвые материалы. Террасы на этажах пока без отделки пола и электрики( Спа и фитнес не работают (
