I had a lovely stay! The staff was extremely kind and very accommodating. Not only were there great dining options on the property but there were also great options nearby. The spa services were also great. I would definitely stay again.

I stay in hotels often all over Africa. The Novotel in Antananarivo is by FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is so well thought through. The room layout, the food, the staff are all amazing. No idea how they could make things better.

Our stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to Franco, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. He coordinated a driver for us to go to the restaurant L'Arrivage, where we enjoyed a romantic dinner. The driver was professional, punctual, and even waited for us until we finished—truly exceptional service! The hotel itself was stunning, with a magnificent spa and swimming pool that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Novotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

The hotel rooms and food is all lovely. However, be aware that the if you book and prepay through an online service, NOVOTEL will not refund your money nor will the online service. Advice: don't prepay for any reservation.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bien entretenu, il va avoir 4 ans maintenant mais on dirait qu’il vient d’ouvrir. J’avais une chambre simple qui était déjà très grande. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le restaurant est incroyable!! La piscine bien chauffée et les massages parfaits! J’y retournerai sans hésiter!
