"Pool was emptied of water and closed down. AC did not work. They could not provide a room with a humane temperature, so we left after 2 hours and got a refund. BEWARE. Unfortunately there are no good accommodations in Gillette."

"Staff was nice, the room was clean and pretty good actually. Newly remodeled. Parking was tight since they are currently painting and remodeling the outside with a huge dumpster in the parking lot. The pool was not functional, the washer was out of order as well as the ice machine. The room was newly remodeled and looked nice and the a/c although noisy, kicked some butt! Asked for a 1 hr. Late checkout and they gave us 30 min."

"We were in town for a sports tournament and picked this hotel because of the water park which was a huge perk. Hotel was relatively basic otherwise. Check in was slow but there were several families checking in at the same time and only one person at front desk. She was very friendly and helpful, the process was just slow. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, even though we saw the housekeeper as we were headed out and told her we were leaving and she could go in. Breakfast area was small but...

"Location was convenient. Great friendly staff. The king bed was very good. We also required the queen sofa foldout, which was very uncomfortable. The springs and wire frame were very uncomfortable to sleep on. It had basically no padding."

"The best thing about it was the lovely older lady who checked us in. Our room needed A LOT of work. Curtains didn’t close properly and were broken(hanging off in certain places) the window wasn’t closed properly and I had to slam it to get it to close. The rust (maybe water damage) on the roof of the bathroom. The desk chair sat crooked. Best thing was that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for."

"This hotel catfish's people. Don't believe the photos. The property is worn with a minimum of refurbishment. The room was not clean. Yellow circular stain on a bedcover, hair on the wall in the shower, exposed pink fiberglass insulation between the air conditioner in the wall and the body of the air conditioner. Pretty sure that fibrous insulation should not be used inside an HVAC device that will inevitably blow those tiny fibers throughout the room for guests to breathe in. The air conditioner...

" Very good experience. Room was clean though smaller than other stays we experienced on our trip out west. Sadly a pipe burst and was flooding part of the first floor hallway the night of our stay. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor so it did not affect us. Pillows were small and quite firm. Otherwise no concerns at all."

"I had stayed there before on Business when it was a Ramada Inn. It was fine then, good location, nice pool and a good restaurant on site. This time as "The Eddie", there was no remote for the TV so it was worthless. The bathtub and sink apparently had not been cleaned for a long time. The tub was filthy. No way was I stepping into it for a shower. Finely, the air conditioning in the room was not working on the hottest day of the year. When I told the front desk all this, they were sorry...
