"Property is old and run down. All the paint was chipped off the hot tub and bath. Bed was perhaps the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on and made a horrible noise anytime you turned over. Last but not least we stayed on the bottom floor and whenever someone would slam their room door the whole building would shake. Would not recommend this place at all."

"So I sent pictures of what the bathroom look like there was crap in the toilet a plunger was left in front of the toilet there was a nasty rag left on the back of the toilet The front desk had to come up there and clean it and remove everything"

"I stay here once a month or every time I am in Hot Springs. I recommend Courtyard to everyone I know that goes to Hot Springs. Everyone is professional and very pleasant to work with. That place is always spotless and they just updated the carpet (not that it is a reason I stay but it shows a constant action to be better). "

The couch was very low and uncomfortable and the coffee pot didn't work properly.But the biggest issue was how heavy the door was and there was no door stop.Very difficult to open and bring items in."
