"Breakfast menu was great. Parking is REALLY tight and limited. Room service is every other day which is understandable. Our reservation was messed up (my fault) and we checked in one day earlier. The front desk was gracious and the room was available so she git us settled. We also left a day earlier (tied to my mistake) and the agreed to refund the last night. Thank you!! "

"The property is obviously not well maintained. Bad A/C, was told to turn down the temp and it would stop. Had to change rooms late at night. Lots of small things in disrepair. Stay was OK but will not stay there again. Most everything appeared clean until you looked closely."

"The staff were helpful in this situation. A guest I booked at this hotel experienced bed bugs in their room. I relocated them to another hotel and was refunded for the stay the remainder of the visit and discounted the first night."

"This property is convienantly located to resturaunts, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the ability to have a full kitchen in the suite was greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided in the lobby provided a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff was helpful and friendly in all our communications. Would stay again and highly recommend."
