Very high class hotel room and the staff wete very kind. They were able to watch my luggage while i hiked the volcano despite not staying there the following night. And the complentary breakfast helped me prepare accordingly for the hike on the volcano. Would stay here again.

my experience at this fabulous boutique hotel was exceptional! That crackling fireplace was heaven. The bed was perfectly firm but not too firm. The bathroom was well equipped. The minute you enter into the hotel you are wrapped in a garden cocoon. The grounds are lovely and soft piano music encircles you. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is a choice of 4 options that are delicious and included. With only 11 rooms this colonial hotel is my top choice

Booked the hotel for my wife’s birthday weekend in Antigua since I thought it was on the higher end of hotels. It’s a boutique hotel of only 11 rooms which was very beautiful and quiet, around a central courtyard. However, our room (#10) was in the back corner with no windows for fresh air. Not the worst thing, but the first night we tried to take a shower there was no hot water. We just wanted warm but it didn’t even get there. We alerted a staff member as we were leaving to dinner and he said came to our room and confirmed and said he’d look into it. We assumed it got fixed since we never got notification but the next morning still no hot water. We alerted the front desk and he said he’d look into it as well. We spent the whole day seeing the city and came back and still nothing. After walking around all day sweating we said this was unacceptable and they offered us to shower in another empty room??? We asked if we could switch rooms and they said no since it they were all booked for the next day. We had to walk downstairs to another room with all of our towels toiletries and clothes just to shower. When we asked for a nights refund (or some compensation) they said it was booked through Expedia and they couldn’t do anything, even though we paid at check in but offered some champagne. On our last day they said they definitely fixed the water. It warmed up for maybe a couple of minutes and was cold again. But this time, we had given up and were very unhappy with our stay

My partner and I brought the new year in Antigua. We stayed in this wonderful boutique hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. This hotel is small, but it is gorgeous!  As others have mentioned, there's a wonderful courtyard on the second floor is a beautiful view of the volcano. There is always an attendant at the front desk and they were always friendly, helpful and our check-in was fast & easy. Just an fyi, there is no curfew there, if you have a late night out you will still get back into the hotel and there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. We had a room on the second floor with 1 queen and it also had a nice sitting area (1 couch & 2 chairs). The a/c worked, the tv worked and the bed was firm and comfortable (and the room smelled really nice). Be informed, the bathroom is a bit tiny but it works and is nice. Let the water in the shower run for a little bit and you will have a nice warm shower. I have absolutely no complaints of the breakfast. The pancakes were amazing and so were the other breakfast options and the ladies serving were always sweet. Don't expect your food in 5 minutes please, sit and enjoy the ambience. And the bonus, this hotel is in the most convenient area, so walkable to anywhere you'd want to go and it's very safe. Overall I would recommend this gem to anyone who can appreciate the beauty of this cute boutique hotel.

Pros: convenient location, nice, clean room, beautiful garden area, friendly staff, easy checking in and out. Cons: No insulation between adjoining walls. We heard the neighbors from the other room all night and in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

We loved Casa Noble. Spacious room with very comfortable beds. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. Delicious breakfast. Loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
