House was put under repair so they gave us another property. The new location the ceiling in one room leaked during the rain and under the kitchen cold wate supply line was also leaking.

We booked this property, but a few days before our trip, the host asked if we could take another property because there was a leak. The new property didn't have parking for our rental vehicle or TV in the living room. The guy said it was comparable to the other, so we agreed to it. However, the new place was a deception. It turned out to be a small apartment upstairs and it was really HOT. It had no ventilation of any kind and part of the roof was clear corrugated plastic, which the sun lights went through and caused the heat. There were to fans, but You could only access it thorugh stairs. We had a disabled person with us at the befinning of the trip, but it was impossible for him to get to the apartment because there was no elevator. The restroom smelled like sewage the whole time, there was an infestation of moths. The doors also made a lot of noise as the hinges were so dried, everytime someone got up at night and open a door, our kids will wake up. We talked to Jay, via Whatsapp, the host or manager from Nikte Group that communicated with us for house change about helping us with these things, but he did nothing. Originally he said he will look into it, but he never did. As I sent him a couple of follow up messages, he never responded. Our stay was not comfortable at all in this place and I don't recommend it if they ask you to change stuff. The neighbor next door was helpful, he let us borrow an extra fan. It's above his house and I think he is actually owns the place.
