"My friends and I booked a one night stay at The Colony Hotel and were very excited, as we live in Miami and this was our first time staying in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by a group staying in the room next to ours. They were making loud noises, yelling, and slamming things throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We eventually had to contact the front desk, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called to escort them...

"Bad first impression as we had a delayed flight. We arrived right before midnight with no one to check us in behind other people waiting too. The oncoming staff was irritable and rude, the offgoing staff member had personal items including shoes sitting on one of the dining tables. The next morning, there was a new vibe, friendly staff, clean breakfast area....until a fight broke out between a guest and a n employee. Stay was sufficient, but I don't think we'll return."

"Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with coffee and water every day. The pool service was excellent! Great food and drinks. The beach setup was a little disappointing but the warm water and clean sand made up for it."

She made it a very smooth check in and we were in our room on just a few minutes. Shortly after checking in I got a text from her at the front desk checking in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. We requested additional pillows and received them soon after.
