"The overall experience was good. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The hotel is very French which we liked but the carpet in our bedroom was very stiff hessian and therefore uncomfortable on bear feet The staircases 2 were very steep, very narrow and winding in my view not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. Breakfast was continental no meat or cheese but more than adequate. There is no restaurant facilities at the hotel however only a 5 minute walk is an IBIS...

I recommend taking advantage of the host dinner, thought we were not able to do it. It was a nice change from staying in hotels in the middle of the city. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and I could tell they really were interested in our comfort. It really was a memorable experience."
