"This hotel is close to perfect. It is beautiful, the staff are accomodating, and its right next to wright park. The beds also have like 4 pillows each, the tvs have airplay, and the water pressure is great. But I could not figure out how to get hot water. So this place is good for a night, not long term stay. Breakfast was pretty good, with a great view on the top floor, but the music had ads."

"The room was as advertised. Clean, spacious, with a kitchen. The problem is the security guards (very unprofessional, and rude). Upon arrival we approached the security desk to inquire about the check in procedures. We were rudely demanded to present our booking. Unfortunately my phone was not working due to no internet, so I politely informed the security that I could provide my passport or identification card. He then proceeded to tell me unless I show him booking then I would not be receiving a room. I asked him to please call someone or use my name to verify the reservation, but he refused and then walked away and refused to help us. Another staff member witnessed this and politely came over and simply checked the computer and verified our name, and then proceeded to contact someone who then brought the keys for our room. I don’t know if this gentleman was just having a difficult day, because his behavior was definitely not warranted. I appreciated the other staff member who intervened, because the situation was just about to escalate. I had no other issues with this property and/or other staff members, but I’ll definitely not be returning to this location. I hope whomever is reading this will understand that professionalism and good customer service is still appreciated, and when it does fall short customers will be more than happy to go elsewhere in order to find good service. Thank you!"

"This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place."

"The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. "
