"Very clean, slightly tattered flooring and moving toilet seat. Breakfast is outside premise i.e petrol station cafe. For Brits, don't expect your usual breakfast but and pastry and drink (coffee, tea). Apartment it seems is common in the area rather than hotel. No face to face reception but online reception is available. Communication can be challenging but very helpful and accommodating staff. Thank you so much for the experience."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay! Few minutes walk from the busy eating and shopping area but because it’s up a side street it’s really quiet. We walked to all the sights in the city we wanted to see so location is perfect. The couple of own the hotel are just the most lovely peope you could possible meet, so helpful showing us directions to places and nice restaurants. The hotel itself is just gorgeous, very safe and secure. The room was really modern and comfortable with everything we needed....

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights early October and everything was great. The hotel is well located in Vomero and the room had the best view of the water and Capri. Luigi was AMAZING, very helpful during check in and helped us make a reservation to a restaurant that we were eyeing. If you like a place with charm and don’t mind being located further from the water, I strongly recommend. "

"I had such a great stay at La Bella Napoli. The location was perfect for exploring the historic centre of Naples and was close to Dante tube - making it easy to get to and from the airport. The members of the team I encountered were incredibly friendly/helpful and I can't stop thinking about the delicious croissants they served at breakfast. I would highly recommend this B&B. Only thing to note is that after 5pm (I think), there tends to be no one working on reception but the staff helpfully...

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...
