I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was a complete mess.
The apartment has potential, but it was dirty, neglected and poorly managed. The dishes and surfaces were sticky, several items were old or broken, and the bathroom had a strong sewer-like, damp smell.
There was no air conditioning and not even a fan during extreme summer heat. Opening the windows only filled the apartment with mosquitoes, day and night. There is also a large glass-recycling container directly below the windows, so we constantly heard people dropping, smashing and slamming glass at all hours. Keeping the windows closed meant unbearable heat and a bad smell; opening them meant mosquitoes and nonstop noise.
The Wi-Fi did not work for the first two days of our five-day stay, and management only sent someone on the third day after repeated calls. Check-in was also unnecessarily difficult because we had to drag our suitcases through narrow streets to collect the keys from another location and then carry everything back.
Every time we contacted management, they apologized but did almost nothing to resolve the problems. Repeated apologies are meaningless without action.
I later discovered that this property is operated by the same management connected to another reservation that was canceled only hours before check-in during Tomorrowland. Given the timing, the extremely high last-minute demand and the lack of any meaningful assistance afterward, I strongly suspect that the reservation was cance
