　清潔でスタッフも親切で快適な宿でした。中心から少し離れていますが、その分静かです。エアコンが効いて、シャワーも温水が十分でます。少し水量は少ないけど。観光の相談も、親身になって考えてくれて、満足な滞在でした。

This accommodation is terrible. My room is on the exterior, and the windows are open, so I can hear all the outside noise at night. There were cockroaches and ants on the bed, and the towels had mites. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and there is no hot water. There were many large ants in the bathroom. I do not recommend this accommodation at all. However, there is a hairdryer available for use. 這間住宿的非常糟糕。我的房間在外面那間，窗戶是開放式，晚上的時候外面的所有聲音都能夠聽見。床上有蟑螂、螞蟻爬過，毛巾上有螨蟲。廁所洗澡的水壓很低，且沒有熱水。廁所裡面有很多大螞蟻。完全不推薦這個住宿。 有風筒可以用。

Shehan et Tree nous ont accueilli dans un lieu très agréable, calme et sûr. Ils nous ont très efficacement conseillé sur les visites et la poursuite de notre périple. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Ne manquez surtout pas de dîner un soir au moins, la cuisine de Tree est divine. Séjour parfait au Saubagya Inn 😍

Shehan, his wife and young son make Saubagya Inn an excellent choice for a stay at Anuradhapura. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom good and the a/c worked well in the hot weather when I stayed. The Guesthouse was about around 40 years ago and with a large, covered veranda makes for very relaxing ‘down time’. Shehan speaks good English and is trained and trains in hospitality. Shehan also gave me some excellent advice on how best to tackle the large, formidable Ancient City (two long half days worked well – tip do some research before you arrive) which is located 3kms away. A nearby casual restaurant made for good dinner options, with the many of the dishes freshly cooked on order and run by friendly people. Shehan also linked me to Chelsea, a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable driver who provided very good service. My stay at Saubagya Inn lifted my experience of the Ancient City, and Anuradhapura to a high level. Shehan also runs a second property, with a larger number of rooms and nearer the Ancient City (Experience HUT Holiday Inn) but I especially enjoyed Saubagya Inn.

I had a fantastic stay at Saubagya Inn. The owners are incredibly friendly - they recommended what to see in Anuradhapura and offered me a bicycle to see the sites. Clean and large rooms, and a good breakfast. Great value for money, would recommend

Lovely and friendly guesthouse: highly recommend.

This is a lovely, friendly guesthouse and great value for money. The hosts made me feel welcome and were a great source of information for the local area. The house and garden were tranquil and pleasant. I had a good stay at this guesthouse and highly recommend it.

Fantastic family run guest house

Great guest house. Large, clean rooms, large ensuite shower room, comfortable bed and good mosquito net. Shehan (owner) and his family really helpful. Definitely have the breakfast - three courses for a very reasonable price. Easy to book activities, tours and taxis with Shehan at reasonable prices. Complimentary tea served on arrival and the outside eating area was great for meeting and chatting with other guests. I think one of the best indications of great service is how people cope with problems. During my visit Shehan's young son was in hospital, but they were still open and attentive. During my first night a monkey landed heavily on the roof, damaged a roof joint it seems and then it rained torrentially for almost 24 hours, when I came back from a wet tuktuk tour a leak had appeared in the ceiling and made the bed wet. Despite having only 3 rooms and their son being ill they immediately moved me into another room and started on sorting out room I had been in, explaining openly to the guests who arrived a little later the reason for the delay to getting the room ready and being open to them choosing to relocate. I cannot fault anything about my stay at this guest house. Very highly recommended.

Nice guesthouse

Really lovely and helpful people. Basic but good room. Clean. Hot shower. Good local restaurant just up the street. Bed may be too small for anyone over 6 foot. Breakfast was fruit, tea/coffee, eggs, toast, and something local - we had nice sweet pancakes. Cute squirrels in the tree outside. I would stay again!

Apart from annoying Tuk-Tuk man this was a really good place. Friendly family run operation. Quiet part of town. Clean. Really good. It's just a pity that Anuradhapura is such an uninspiring place - Sacred City and Mihintale excepted - that you won't stay as long as you might.

Nice guest house

We stayed there for 2 nights and the owner has really helpful, he organized our trip to Wilpattu National Park and also gave us good tips to explore around Anuradhapura. The guest house is a little bit far away from the trains and bus station. Also there is no restaurants nearby.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The owner prepared mosquito smoke for us. He was very kind and helpful. I especially like the breakfast! Fresh fruit, bread and eggs:) Very nice hotel!

Nice hosts, quiet and relaxing.

It was a nice place to stay and relax, the hosts were friendly and very helpful. We hired their bikes and found a lovely nature reserve just around the corner, it was nice to visit in the day or sit by in the evening, which seemed to be when the friendly locals were making most use of it. The location is nice but not centrally located for the main tourist interests.

Lovely service. Very accomodating. Gave lots of helpful advice. Pleasant ride to sacred city (about 3km) and able to rent pushbikes. Closeby to hospital road which has an abundance of shops etc. Great breakfast and filling. Would recommend hiring a room with aircon due to the heat.
