"Staff were Friendly and nice. Outside the property is nice. Food is good. We got a room in ground floor overlooking a neighbor house. Fence only had few trees and some sort of a roofing material (takaran sheets). People are constantly walking by the room and looking inside. Because of it, we were unable to leave the blinds open. Hotel is run down, old age shows in room and bathroom. Bathroom fan was loud and my son was scared to go in . I had to ask for extra TP. I had 1/10 of a TP roll and 1/2...

"A small hotel with enough needs to stay the night while visiting. The room was a very good size - a little outdated and reminded me of something from the 1970s, but it was nice and everyone was very helpful. Nothing wrong with Milano Tourist Rest - but don't expect a 5 star hotel! It does have a character of its own from glorious days of the past. Just use a little imagination."

"A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €).
