"Breakfast had good options AC just didn’t work well and was told they were updating the unit later in the year Sofa bed is not traditional one where the bed does not pull out so beware before booking that format of room. "The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive. The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! "

"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"
