"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...

"Such a beautiful hotel, right next to a bus stop and a 24-hour Family Mart and 7/11. I stayed for 2 nights to go to Hehuanshan and I loved my stay. The room was huge, the bed really comfortable, and there was a garden tub overlooking the mountain in the bathroom, perfect for a warm bath after a day of hiking. The breakfast (included) was delicious, they offered free afternoon tea and muffins, and the dining room is truly beautiful, looking out into the garden. The staff were very kind and there...

"Great location, right across from 水社, friendly staff, nice breakfast, easy parking and the very comfortable bed."

"One of the best places that I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!! Would definitely recommend this place ! The size of my room was nice and cozy."

"This wonderfully charming hotel has way more to offer than simply a unique architecture. The dinner (which is included in the price) is top quality European fare that would be impressive even in the finest Taipei restaurants. The nightly 'concert' is a free curated music medley played over one of the best hi-fi audio systems ever made (the vintage Focus Utopia with beryllium speakers), and smaller systems with a free classical CD library are available in the larger rooms. This is not just a...

"Will come again"

"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"
