"家族で経営されていて、チェックインの際は息子さんが親切にで迎えてくださり、お母様は日本語がお上手なので、おすすめのお店を聞いたり、とても楽しくお話し出来ました。
また、みなさんが絶賛しているご主人の案内による早朝サイクリングは本当に最高で、日月潭の景色を満喫出来ました！
場所も便利だし、設備も素敵だし、また絶対来たいと思える宿でした。

"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids...
