And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"The staff were very helpful, but the room was inefficient, the curtain broken, the biggest room has tiny bathroom, hot water was not enough for more than 5 minutes shower, with that enormous room has tiny fireplace, it was very cold, the room keys were not work properly. I was disappointed. "

"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."
