"Stayed 4 nights, mid to late Aug. I thought the room was clean. Had good space for 3 people. Bathroom was clean with shower and bathtub. Staff were friendly, getting us in for early check-in and helping us hail taxis. Did not purchase the breakfast buffet, but did tour the house restaurant and the food did look good. Pool is up on the roof deck (41st floor). Clean and staffed if you needed assistance. Change areas had towels, person to assist you and keep the area clean, sauna and steam room. Property is well located in Mong Kok, above the Langham shopping plaza. Feel the mall and surrounding area caters to those interested in Japanese culture, especially with a Donki store nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a little more on the upper end in price compared to other hotels, but I wanted more comfort and less hassles during our stay in Hong Kong."

"Amazing beautiful well located place. That being said, don’t forget to bring all your things, they charge even for water. And for the pool, apparently it’s not a leisure one and you will need a mandatory cap, they sell them as well. Everything else was really nice and clean, spacious room."

"The hotel boasts a prime location and is conveniently connected to shopping malls. The lobby is beautifully designed and well-presented. However, the rooms are outdated, with worn furniture, and the bathrooms are small and also in need of renovation."
