There was no direct line to the main reception. If you want the room cleaned or clean towels there is a 10 euro per day extra charge. "We traveled through Italy and this place was by far the best place we stayed at. It was the perfect location to everything. There was a restaurant downstairs with amazing food and gelato within a 50ft walk. We were close to the Piazza for our tour. Also close to the busses that took us to the train station and all around town.
