"The staff helped us find last minute accomodation in Apollo Bay, which was really appreciated!"

"The name is dishonest as it’s no where near the beach. TRb not available in real time and reception was poor"

"Staff was very helpful when we did a late check in"

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. "Overall a great place to stay"

"Old building"

"Cheap and cheerful. Cannot complain for the price. Suitably clean."

"Bit more rustic than we expected. Kitchen sink area very dirty but the rest of the kitchen and dining area ok. I can see it would be a great spot for families to camp, especially in the summer"

"Very clean in the room"
