"We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay"

"This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification.
The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. Part of the balcony would lift up if stood in the wrong...

"We booked this hotel for 4 days, This place is amazing for kids between ages 2-16
, but the food was really horrible they really don’t care for vegetarian people they put all the meat next to it and use same fork/spoon to take it, i saw many people from israel had this problem also because people from israel don’t eat pork and they look for the vegetarian food."
