"The room felt we experienced a bait and switch. Room was in a basement,no windows, and a very musty smell. The roof top bar was closed. Never again!"

"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were there during basketball camp at the college and the room was quiet even though several of the rooms around us were full of teenaged girls. The girls were very well behaved and friendly their coaches had done a great job."

"Breakfast is minimal but it is included. Property accepts dogs of many sizes, which can make it noisy. We heard larger dogs barking while we were there in our room."

"The cabin was very clean. The sink didn’t drain well but water pressure was good. The staff was chatty and all was well until the gentleman shared political opinions. Probably would stay there again for convenience and ability to house many."

"This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs."

"Great location! Short walk to the shops on Main Street and dining. Just a few miles to some great hikes. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. The room was perfect and clean. Well priced! Will book again next time we are in town."

"This is a very well-maintained older property that is convenient to central Blowing Rock. You could park here and enjoy the town without driving. Although close in, it was quiet. The manager was very attentive and helpful in making suggestions for dining. The room was fairly small, but neat and clean. It's not fancy by Blowing Rock standards, but it had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable - I slept better than at home. The property was also nicely landscaped, with lovely outside...
