"Staff was friendly and helpful... BUT.. an additional $25 per day to park. Only one elevator for a 1/2 mile of rooms. Only luggage carts available without a bell hop are small and awful. Only one of the advertised restaurants are open. Outdoor pool is an added charge. No room service. No daily maid service."

Then when i asked where breakfast was located he told me it's over in 4 min. I told him that's not what i asked. My kids were in there eating. "

The pool wasn't heated and closed so early there was nothing to do unless you wanted to gamble the entire time. Also, I felt as if I wasn't welcomed by the “other guests” the entire visit. Heavy “tension”."
