Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Buildings not well marked when arriving so be sure to check that you are at correct entrance for your tower before unloading or parking! Our room in Cherokee tower was clean and comfortable. Agree that as big as casino is that they should expand the smoking area - it was pretty packed the whole evening while 2/3 of machines outside remained empty. The resturants were oddly placed so you had to hunt & wander to find them."
Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"Hotel has a great location- walkable to everything in Gatlinburg. Breakfast is good with amazing biscuits! Lobby has coffee all day long which was greatly appreciated. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs but they looked really fun and didn’t appear too crowded most of the time. We saw bears in the river outside of the hotel every evening which was pretty cool! On-site Parking was a bit tight but always available. Our only complaint, which is minor, is that the air conditioners from the floors above ours had a tendency to drip on our balcony but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good value and great location."

"My family of 5 loved this hotel! It was so special and fun taking our 9, 7, and 3 year old. The property is beautiful and in a great location to get to all kind of activities around town. The staff were so kind and our room was beautiful- just as it was pictured online. We will definitely be back!"
