"Me gustó que el personal fue muy amable en generar todos los de front Desk y la muchacha que hacía la habitación estuvimos en la habitación 1434.Aparte de cortesia sí nos dieron regalitos de desoborantes en el lobby para hombre y mujer. aparte de shampú ,la cremita y jabón en la habitación,el A/C super,me gustó también la ubicación y la forma del hotel,lo que no nos gustó fueron:Las almohadas demasiado blandas o viejas,los colchones muy malos se hundían,todos tuvimos dolores de espalda,independientemente estaban manchados, en la cómoda,habían gavetas rotas.No había plancha tuve que pedir una de otro cuarto,tuvimos que esperar por toallas, limpias,porque no habían y la muchacha me explicó que habían acabado de ordenar,pero sabían agotados,porque parece que algunos huespedes tienen malas mañas ,tienen tienden a llevarse las grandes para su casa,entonces,por eso había el déficit,los balcones tenían oxidados Todas las barandas,uno de los asientos estaba roto en el espaldar de los que están en el balcón,a pesar de que la vista estaba bien bonita para los lados y al frente que quedaba el otro hotel del parque de agua,en general el hotel está falta de pintura y que arreglen las puertas de los cuartos.Que limpien bien las puertas que dan para el balcón estaban llenas de polvo,el grifo lavamano no cerraba bien y el techo del baño estaba amarillo una parte y mohoso como si hubo goteras.tambien pool afuera rota y adentro agua muy fría y Jacuzzy no trabaja,agua bien y la del lazzy river"

"The property, condo, lazy river, and pool were fantastic! We loved our stay here. The front desk staff was professional and fantastic. The room was very clean, but we did request clean towels, never received them from housekeeping. That would be the only issue. We are coming back in the future!"

"We stayed at the new Cherokee tower and had a great stay! Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bedding. The casino was bigger than I expected! We are not smokers and appreciated their smoke free environment. The only issue we came across was at checkout. We waited for an elevator for nearly 20 minutes (we were on the 14th floor with many bags so the stairs were not an option) and we waited another 30 minutes for our car. Had we known about this issue before we would have chose to self-park. We were happy to have a Starbucks in the lobby while we waited. Minor issues. Still a great experience. Excited to return!"

"Other than AI making the property look more updated with the water park we still had a good time. Kids really enjoyed playing in the water. We stayed 4 nights and had to ask front desk for fresh towels. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. We did have a problem with our bill but front desk quickly took care of it. Overall we would recommend the property to other ppl and also stay again. We were there for a family gathering and they were all jealous of where we stayed."

"I had a room with a shared door to another room. You could hear everything from the other room. It also took a bit for warm water in the morning and no coffee in the room. Which was a bummer but a great coffee shop in the lobby but pricey."
