"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. "We have visited this hotel many times before, and it has been amazing., unfortunately this time round was a different story. Communication was poor, we had booked a suite as a treat for Easter, part of this package was VIP parking, when we arrived the car park was closed, no email, no message on the Expedia chat with the hotel. We parked in the multi-story which was fine, the next day we were informed that the car park was now open, we moved the car only to be sent back by security who informed...

"I stayed here for one night as was attending a concert at BP pulse which is walking distance. Staff was friendly, really liked the lounge area, breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were good enough, perhaps could have been a little bit longer (I am 6 foot 3!) but overall, an excellent stay with no complaints. Good value for money, and would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone had to go somewhere near by i.e. Birmingham Airport, BP pulse or NEC "

"Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back. "
