"Overall good. But bed not too clean"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Property doesn’t have windows to see outside. We pay for a king size bed and they give a queen bed. When we ask for a king bed they say all the same size. It’s was a queen."

"Nice staff. Centrally located"

"The bathroom disaster.very smoll"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for...

"Bed not made up. Asked to be made up, came back from shopping, still not made up. Asked again. This time it was done. Dirty room, not restocked. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Probably ok for small children, not teens. Also a light in the room would not turn off so a bad night’s sleep. Expensive but well located."

"This is a great hotel located conveniently close to Victoria Station. The breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. It was a great way to start our days. The entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Breakfast was excellent, but no berries of any type available. Staff were exceptional and concierge in particular, with terrific recommendations of restaurants, etc. STK steakhouse was one excellent example. No Bureau in our room to put clothes away and had to request suitcase stands. Bed was very low. They said they would put on a mattress topper but never did. The main lobby area constantly smelled of strong cologne or something 🤔. The hallways and elevators were quite dark 😳 Location of...

"Staff were great, but you get what you pay for. The thing they gave me to sleep with could hardly be called a pillow as it had no shape almost no mass. The rooms were cold and floors were so squeaky it was hard to sleep. That being said, they do provide earplugs to assist with the noise."

"Heating and fan in room didn't work and wasn't fixed upon request. Everything else about the experience was great."

"Breakfast is pretty good. Location is very good"
