"The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere and of course the musty/mildew smell. The fire alarm went off early morning (a little past 5:30 AM) on a Sunday but what shocked me the was the lack of communication from the...

"Breakfast"

"The room was clean, the shower had good water flow, and the kitchen with refrigerator was nice to have. The I didn't like that the window only had sheer curtains in the center and would not block the sun light."

"This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor...

"Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets."
