"This resort is very beautiful. Sea view from the room and sunset view from the infinity pool were simply spectacular. The restaurant offered nice view as well. We went to a restaurant in the adjacent resort, Westin. The grounds were stunning. Spending a couple of more nights there should be nicer. "

"The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design. The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long. Pros: Everything: rooms, beach, pools, food, location and especially service and hospitality. They really interested and taking care of you"

"This place is absolutely disgusting. We booked 9 nights. This hotel is full of roaches!!!!! And they are really big…. To top it off the shower was broken upon arrival. Then the restroom door knob was broken. And we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We called them to fix or to switch us to a diffrent room. They declined and kind you they were at our hotel until 3 am to fix the restroom things and said we did the best we could. And as for the roaches. They said it comes with hotel we can’t do anything about it. But we can give you dinner buffet to make it up. But if you think about the breakfast buffet. It’s more of prison style breakfast. Meaning poor quality. And everything is covered in plastic and food just gets reused for next day. "

"Checking in was chaos, staff could not cope with amount of people. When we finally started the process of checking in the hotel telephone started to ring. The female member of staff immediately stopped serving us and answered the telephone despite the fact she was in the middle of serving us ! This is very bad manners to answer telephone whilst dealing with a customer who is currently being served at check in. The female member of staff forgot to give us our passports as she had put them next to her computer, so had to ask her for our passports."
