"Don’t ever stay here!!!! There are large potholes in the hotel’s parking lot that will ruin your tires. They claim in reviews they are renovating yet the rooms are still dingy and there is no small refrigerator (there’s a cupboard for it but it’s empty). Most of all the customer service is horrible. The elevator was broken for 2 days and when we checked out we had 4 HEAVY luggage. We kindly asked if there was a service elevator to bring down our luggage from the THIRD floor and all they said...

"Check in staff were friendly, nice and gave complimentary cookies which was nice. Rooms could use a bit of maintenance/upgrades. Bathroom closet had leak, room smelled moldy when we first arrived and we discovered the leak in the closet towards the end of our stay hence the moldy scent. Mattresses very flat/worn, could use replacing for bed as well as pull out couch. Nice breakfast, would be nice if you could take food back to room since there is a full kitchen."

"The parking lot has no lights. On doesn’t feel safe to park at night to go to their room."

"We stayed here to celebrate our son's 6-month milestone and chose the property because it appeared to be relatively new and offered family-friendly amenities. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the swimming pool, only to discover during our stay that it had no water in it. While maintenance issues can happen, we were not notified in advance, which was frustrating given that pool access was a key factor in our decision to stay...
