"The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches."

"Great location. Friendly staff. The room was a little dirty but not terrible. The biggest issue was the air conditioner unit. It was FILLED with dust and looked like there was mold in it. I developed a sore throat from sleeping underneath it and was shocked when I saw it. It need to be replaced ASAP and checked more frequently."

"Structurally building is old, which is evident in room (walls, fixtures, bathroom). Common areas are kept well, and staff is good. Parking is adequate and Tesla supercharger is convenient. For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized."

"I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock...

"There were baggies of drugs outside my door. There was no key in my room I had to wait half an hour to leave so no one would get to my stuff"

"What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it."

"It’s located in a busy, noisy area…. The police had a guy stopped in the parking lot and ha 3 cruisers blocking the entrance while they arrested him. There were dirty towels left hanging on the shower curtain bar….. bed was decent. Breakfast was shy on selection but the coffee was ok."

"Pool was not filled, breakfast was the same for our 6 night stay - sad pre-done omelets & some sort of sausage, folks said waffles were good - but we couldn't have them. Raj was very helpful, cleaning staff great."

"I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

"We have been coming here since they opened. Love the rooms. Very satisfied and the beds ate so very comfortable."

"The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel. But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice."
