"This was a small quirky hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool area always had ample sun beds. A little bit far out but the hourly shuttle to Verona certainly helped this. We never ate an evening meal in the hotel as we were out every night. The breakfast was a big let down…… very basic but the most annoying thing about it was you had to pay if you wanted anything from the à la carte menu….even if it was a basic omelette!!! We’ve never had to pay 1p more for any items of breakfast and stayed at so many 5 star hotels. This in my opinion really lets the hotel down. Scrambled eggs of a fashion were available in the hotel dishes but looked far from fresh. This may appear to be a minor point but to us it let this rather “different” hotel down. The grounds are beautiful though"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food and the wine was brilliant all week! We will go back and I am sure they simply had an off day."

"Room was very clean and tidy. All of the staff were extremely freindly, helpful and kind! We only had a few days here, but would go back. A budget friendly hotel, good location if you have a car. 20 mins from Verona and 10 mins from Lake Garda. Surrounded by vinyards and some amazing restaurants nearby too."

"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!! The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!! It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!! We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise! Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!! "Perfect tourist class hotel with plenty of free parking. Decent breakfast. All renovated hotel. The property is in perfect condition. The balconies were awesome. I didn’t realize how to open the metal bar but once I figured it out I enjoyed the balcony. Great location short drive distance from major towns. This hotel is in a very safe residential neighborhood."
