"Very good standard of hotel, with a high end feel. Staff were in the main very helpful, although the first day at breakfast we were not told what the process was, so ended up going up to staff and asking for menu's and ordering. Overall, everything was very good."

"Very nice stay and staff. One of our tours was moved up from an 8 am departure to a 6 am departure, an hour before the breakfast buffet would open. The hotel was nice enough to pack two huge breakfast bags for us and have them at the front desk by 6. The hotel is located midway between Old Town and the Old Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for travelers who want to spend time in both."

"Room was cleaned daily. My daughter and I had adjacent rooms at the back of the hotel. We didn't experience the noise of traffic. The location of the hotel is adjacent to Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square. Easily accessible by train from the airport. The station is Krakow Grzegorzki.
