"Escogí una habitación sin ventanas y fue una mala decisión, a pesar de que la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado la humedad se encierra y se siente húmeda la habitación. El hospedaje se encuentra en un buen sitio y el precio es adecuado. Podría hospedarme nuevamente, solo si encuentro una habitación con ventanas por iluminación y ventilación."

"When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which...

"Had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. The hotel is comfortable and in a very strategic location, but what stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special thanks to Vicky, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the transportation options in great detail, making our trip around Singapore much easier and more convenient. Service like this truly makes guests feel valued. Highly recommended!"
