"We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, but too hot to use them. Breakfasts were very good. The coffee/bar was nice to have, but served very weak coffee from pods. "Our experience at the Mirabell Hotel is only positive. Among our numerous trips, staying at your hotel was one of the most pleasant ever - fantastic surroundings, garden, service. If possible, we recommend extending the opening hours of the restaurant in the evening by an hour, opening the restaurant an hour earlier, so as not to leave such a rich dinner too late."

"Per gravi motivi personali ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente per avvalermi dell'opzione (inclusa) della cancellazione gratuita entro due GG dalla prenotazione. Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato"
