"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "All in all very good experience thus there is really missing maintenance all over, when it started raining it was raining in on the bathroom, as well as the parking lot was ober floated, a lot of places in the room the paint is pealing of, the bathtube was out of order, at the

area a lot of the wood is either comming loose or just missing paint/oil, all the chairs is pealing or rusty, the food was good and it is vary calm in the area."
