I’ve been skiing for thirty years and this is the best hotel for a ski break that I’ve ever encountered- great location, excellent facilities, magnificent food and the friendliest staff.

Great location to ski out with ski lift almost directly across from ski room. Ski room has storage for your equipment, but bring a small lock with you. Breakfast at hotel was wonderful, as was the restaurant. Lots of food choices surrounding hotel as well

Great location

Modern style ski hotel with great service team - from reception to dining areas - and room quite OK - had a room with balcony - nice with separate WC. Very conveniant with ski rental inhouse and we got great service from Christophe. Good breakfast and decent buffet at the evenings. very close to ski lifts. to be recommened!

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel staff are warm, welcoming, approachable, polite and eager to please. The breakfast was good, although the evening buffet wasn't to my taste. Still, you can't have everything!

Hotel Totem - Flaine Forum

Short break in Flaine. Hotel Totem is central located opposite a selection of restaurants and bars and about 50m from the main ski bubble. Trendy style bar and restaurant area looking out at the slopes. Very comfortable well equipped double room (with balcony). All staff were super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Excellent selection of cooked and continental breakfast options. Ski lockers conveniently located on the ground floor but they did get a little busy after 9am. Would definitely return.

Toujours très agréable d’y séjourner

Hôtel très agréable, équipe au TOP et emplacement 3 étoiles pou l’accès aux piste, bref si votre séjour est centré sur le ski c’est le meilleur, sans parler de leur bar qui est très sympas tous les soirs, bref nous recommandons !

Hotel et équipe au top pour nous !

Superbe hotel au pied des pistes, une équipe très accueillante et compétente aussi bien à hôtel qu'au restaurant bar (Très bon cocktails !) ou au Ski Shop, des chambres spacieuses et confortables et si vous prenez une chambre avec Balcon une vue extraordinaire sur les pistes, l'emplacement aussi est parfait au coeur du "très petit" centre du village avec tous les commerces, ski shops ou restaurants autour à moins de 5mn tout comme les remontées mécaniques, bref pour nous ça a été un sans-faute !

Que du bonheur!

Malgré les restrictions en lice au moment de notre venue, l'hôtel a toujours trouvé les moyens de nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Nourriture et plats préparés de très bonne qualité. On y reviendra avec plaisir et son emplacement est juste idéal/pistes ou pour déambuler dans la station.

Hotel idéalement situé, au pied des pistes. Casier à ski donnant directement sur les pistes ! Petit déjeuner au top ! Bref hôtel parfait pour un petit week end au ski !!

Bon séjour à Flaine

Hôtel très bien situé près des pistes. Cuisine variée mais qui pourrait mettre plus en valeur les différents plats régionaux : soirée raclette, croziflette qui est une bonne alternative à la tartiflette... Spa très agréable et reposant avec une belle vue sur les pistes. Très bon séjour.

Very convenient and pleasant hotel for a skiing holiday. Our room had a good amount of space and a lovely view. The food was tasty although it would be nice if main meal accompaniments were rotated as the same few were on offer every night. Thoroughly enjoyed the old-school arcade games in the bar area. Meal system was a bit confusing at first and occasionally drinks service at the table was a bit slow.
