"Paying a lot for an hotel with no fridge in your room, no air conditioning, and the bar is used as part of the dining room. But the main problem is the adolecents & kids are out of control. Wednesday night kids running up and down corridors shouting until 10pm, Thurs night, adolecents bombing in pool, throwing footballs around. Friday night someone decided to smash the glass to set off fire alarm at 12:30. Shame bc staff are really nice!"
