"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing because we encountered multiple bugs inside the property. When we brought it to the host’s attention, we were told that they were water bugs commonly found in coastal areas and tropical plants, and that they cannot be completely eliminated. "The pictures on the website make the rental property appear much bigger and does not mention that it is actually a duplex. The door code would not work so, I had to call to get someone to let me in. The staff personnel I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Although pet-friendly, which is a plus, the backyard needed to be mowed and was full of stickers. "Very pleased with the overall experience. Property was immaculately, clean, and communication was clear. Definitely will be staying at this property again "

"Perfect property! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back to rent from any of the Silver Sands properties. "
