"Double check which room you select. I was under the impression that my room would have a kitchenette. Plus there was a musty smell in my room."

"First time here and last time, we found a peice of chocolate candy on the floor with mold, that means they do not clean the rooms well. It was under the desk where phone goes. We found it because we saw the baby picked it up and almost put it in her mouth. The sink wasn’t clean either. They barely even clean up anything. The breakfast was so disappointing the eggs were horrible and very limited food choices."

"Check in was easy and they opened our room early for us. The room is spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and grab and go options. The room was very humid and the bathroom was not up to par. The tub looked like it was dirty but it was just stained. The bottom, corners and walls needed to be resurfaced. It was very musty smelling as well. The room needed a deep cleaning. When we were packing to leave there were 2 men walking in and checking every room, must be to make sure people checked out? We were still packing up and had the door lock out to keep the room open. I informed them we were still moving out, this was at 11:03am. They seem to take the 11:00am very seriously. Location is convenient to everything and I would consider staying here again if I needed to. A friend of ours stayed in a different room and said the same about her room as well. It's mediocre at best"

"Breakfast was fine and fresh. AC in the room worked well and keep the room cool. Nice setup for a new experience."

"Was a fantastic stay, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very clean. Loved the pool and the dog park. Will be back :)"

"Old, dirty and outdated dump on the beach. Our room was never cleaned, although I have requested that service with front desk. Cleaning staff is not available on Sundays either. Hot tub never worked in years. They charge $60 for early check in and $10 parking per day which was not mentioned anywhere. Food at the bar is decent and live music was playing all weekend outside at the patio bar and inside the breakfast area on Sunday which was nice. The place needs serious cleaning and renovation. The carpet was nasty. The only great things were the view and the bar staff. "

"The hotel is a bit on the older side but it was really clean, staff was friendly, and the bed was so comfortable. The rooms around us were quiet and I got a chance to use the pool later at night, which was clean and enjoyable. "
