"Staff and parking"

"The room was wet. While I understand how humid it is, the carpet was wet, the bedding was damp, and it was very uncomfortable. The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt. The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key. The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized...

"It was short staffed and had kind of ok experience"

"This Quinta...looks more like a motel.... Dirty rooms, smelly restrooms.... dirty breakfast area Cold eggs.... Dirty coffee dispenser Unfriendly staff I will not recommend this hotel to no one."

"Our room was very nice and clean. Our only problem was that during the night the smoke detector went off once and stopped. We informed the staff and they fixed it. We were in a handicap room and some of the children on our floor thought that it would be funny to push the doorbell which is for deaf visitors. Unfortunately the sound is very loud. We were able to get them to stop. Other than that our stay was good, and the breakfast was good."

"The ice machine was broken, the computer and printer put of order couldn't print my flight info. I paid for a senior room and the front desk in the beginning said did not have one. I insisted that I need one and paid extra. She gave .me one at the end."

"Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were very nice. The hotel overall is in disrepair. The carpeted rooms have a moldy odor, there was trash and large cardboard boxes left in the hallways and right outside of elevator doors. The pool was closed with no date for re-open. Our room had the smoke detector removed from the ceiling and the hole with wires was left uncovered. There was a fridge still boxed shoved in the spot where it should be in place. There were no working ice machines....
