"The room was wet. While I understand how humid it is, the carpet was wet, the bedding was damp, and it was very uncomfortable. The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt. The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key. The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized...

"The hotel was exceptionally average considering what it cost. The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. The lack of ventilation and wet bathroom meant there was mold in the caulking along the shower and the whole room was excessively humid. "What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."
