"I would caution about the room allocation. We booked a superior room, as did our friends. Our friends were allocated a high room with a nice view - what I expected when booking judging by the pictures of the room type and from a previous visit. We paid the same price as our friends. We arrived later - at 01.30am after a 12 hour delayed flight. We were allocated a ground floor room without a decent view and with a tiny shower room. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...

"This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Budapest. The location is ideal if you prefer quiet evenings with the castle hill to yourselves.
