"We had a nice stay at the Ramada. In particular, the receptionist, Tatev, was extremely helpful. Every time we needed something, she went above and beyond to assist us.
One situation that occurred during our stay was a fire alarm. I had to take the stairs from the 14th floor all the way down. When we reached the lobby, we were informed that it was a false alarm. I would suggest being more careful next time. I also want to mention that some of the cafeteria staff were laughing at us when we came down, which I do not feel was appropriate.
We also had to wait for the English version of the announcement to understand what the message was. It may be helpful to have the English announcement play first, since most guests can understand it, followed by other languages. This is just a suggestion.
Additionally, if there is a false alarm, staff should communicate it quickly so guests do not panic."
