Beware this is a scam hotel that doesn't exist - I booked and made contact and couldn't find d the hotel and WhatsApp calls and messages went unanswered. Expedia are now refusing a refund saying I was a nop show when the place doesn't even exist.Appalling conduct

The hotel didn't have a room for me when I arrived. They haven't tried to contact me or Expedia about that. Instead, they asked me to contact Expedia and cancel it myself. Expedia denied me any compensation based on the reservation not being refundable. As a result, I had to book another hotel last minute and was pay for it out of pocket again. Terrible service on both Expedia and the hotel part. I thought Airbnb is bad, but Expedia is no better, apparently

I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. There was no sign outside the building showing that it was a hotel or accommodation, and even the building number was not clearly visible. It took me almost one hour to find the place after asking several local shops for directions, while carrying 30 kg of luggage. The address on my booking confirmation was different from the address shown on Google Maps. The property also looked completely different from the photos on Expedia, which were very misleading. The bathroom and toilet were extremely dirty, and there was a strong sewage smell throughout the building. The phone number provided by the property manager was incorrect.

Bad experience. I wrote to them that I was arriving by plane at 3:30 AM on May 1st, so I would be arriving an hour later, paying for check-in on the same day. When I arrived, the "hotel" was nowhere to be found and had no signs or license plates. With the help of passersby, I found it. A tiny place with no one, not even a reception desk. I called and they told me that check-in was at 2 PM. I told them I had paid for the 1st anyway, that I was entitled to a bed, and that in any case I needed to sleep. The owner insisted on his position until he hung up and didn't answer. In the end, I couldn't sleep anymore. In the morning, no one was there. I called back and they insisted that check-in was at 2 PM. Since I had paid and wanted to sleep, I returned at that time and there was still no one there. I called back, and they told me to wait another half hour. They didn't arrive. I called back and they said the hotel was no longer open and that I could request a refund through Expedia. Terrible!

I would not recommend staying at this property. First, the hotel is surprisingly difficult to find because there are no visible signs indicating that the building is a hotel. To make matters worse, the Google Maps location is approximately 1 km away from the actual address, which made arrival unnecessarily frustrating. The property itself is very noisy. My room door made a lot of noise every time it was opened or closed, and overall there was very little sound insulation, making it difficult to relax. Another important point is that many of the rooms (around six) are located in the basement. My room was on the first floor, but the overall atmosphere still didn’t feel like a hotel. The reception is also not staffed 24 hours a day, despite what many travelers might expect from a hotel. One of the biggest disappointments was that the bathrooms and toilets are shared. This is not made sufficiently clear in the listing, and the photos do not make this obvious. During my stay, the shared toilet also ran out of toilet paper, and there was no replacement available. Since there was no receptionist on site at the time, there was no one to ask for more. I had originally booked another stay here for the following week, but after experiencing the property firsthand, I canceled that reservation and booked another hotel instead. Overall, this place does not feel like a hotel, and I believe the listing should be much more transparent about one can expect of the facilities and location

Avevo prenotato e pagato anticipatamente un appartamento in centro città per 4 persone. Invio SMS, messaggi wattsup e infini chiamo per avvisare del mio arrivo al luogo indicato. Attendo 80 minuti e poi scopro che quanto prenotato non è disponibile e mi si offre una camera 2,5x2,5, giusto lo spazio del letto, in un seminterrato senza finestre e con il bagno esterno. Alle mie vivaci proteste mi viene detto di annullare la prenotazione e farmi rimborsare. Provo a contattare Hotels ma i tempi di comunicazione sono lunghi per cui minaccio di chiamare la Polizia. Alloro mi si propone una camera in un hotel distante 15-20 minuti di taxi dal centro donne si trova per lavoro il titolare dell'appartamento prenotato. Accetto per la prima notte in quanto si sta facendo tardi e con i bagagli non posso fare gran che. La spiegazione datami in hotel dal titolare dell'appartamento è che spesso le prenotazioni non vengono mantenute per cui era stato dato ad una coppia, mentre io essendo solo ....Ma proprio per evitare problemi in un paese abbastanza sconosciuto in Europa io avevo preferito pagare in anticipo. La mattina seguente, dopo i tentativi di farmi restare in hotel, da me rifiutati in quanto lontano dal centro e per me, 78 anni, non idoneo alle mie necessità.Mi viene proposo un appartamento in centro simile a quello prenotato, accetto e così risolvo. Ma certo l'appartamento ha grandi carenze, niente per cuocere o riscaldare cibi, no finestre, nessun bicchiere ne forchette!!

This property is not clearly marked and i never found it. I rang for help and they sold my room. This might be in their terms but not the terms sent by Expedia. Eventually after 45 mins they found a room the other side of town to which i needed a taxi for. There is no 24hr reception here despite me reading there was!
