"We had a nice stay at the Ramada. In particular, the receptionist, Tatev, was extremely helpful. Every time we needed something, she went above and beyond to assist us. One situation that occurred during our stay was a fire alarm. I had to take the stairs from the 14th floor all the way down. When we reached the lobby, we were informed that it was a false alarm. I would suggest being more careful next time. I also want to mention that some of the cafeteria staff were laughing at us when we came down, which I do not feel was appropriate. We also had to wait for the English version of the announcement to understand what the message was. It may be helpful to have the English announcement play first, since most guests can understand it, followed by other languages. This is just a suggestion. Additionally, if there is a false alarm, staff should communicate it quickly so guests do not panic."

"Location location location. Not the best property I stayed at, rooms are small but it’s clean, staff is friendly and you can’t beat the location. Definitely recommend unless you are looking for something other than a place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually needed to go to a hospital during my stay, and they were able to find one close that had at least one person who spoke English. They also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was fine. The room was clean. The shower was large and didn't get water everywhere. The location was nice too. A lot of good restaurants around and the park was clean and calm. I would stay again if I get the chance to head back to Yerevan."
