After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!

Room 104 - very clean for the most part. I let the front desk know that the shower head needs replaced. Leaks and doesn't have good spray. My bath towel had a hole the size of a quarter. And there was a stain on the sofa we will say maybe from a milkshake.... So we covered the sofa to feel more comfortable ...
