"예약번호 및 예약자 검색이 안되서 인터폰 연결했지만 작동하지 않아 전화연결을 해야겠고, 사전 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 체크인까지의 과정이 다소 매끄럽지 않았던 점이 마이너스 요인이었다. 또한, 료칸을 대단히 사 용할 생각은 없었지만 물이 닿자마자 거품이 일거나 간단한 샤워에도 물이 고여서 내려가지 않는 등 여러모로 청결도에 대한 믿음이 상당히 떨어졌다. 하지만 조용하고 침구나 룸의 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았다."
